Strange Driving

So I was headed to pick up my aunt from the airport yesterday and for some odd reason it took me thirty minutes to get from my house to the middle of town of Waterloo. When it usually takes me about ten to fifteen. There is two ways that I can get into town. The one way the city is redoing the road, so I knew not to got that direction. So I took what everyone thinks is the long way but it is really not. Everything was going good. I was on time, actually i was running early. I got to Route 3 and I had to sit there and wait to get on the highway and there was four cars infront of me. So I waited untill it was my turn to get on Route 3. People were not driving the usuall speed they were much slower. I get on Route 3 and drive into town, on the way there is two cops, one that has a person pulled over and the other just waitng to find his next person that is doing just a few over the speed limit. But how is that possible when the speed limit is 55 and I am behind a line of cars only doing 35. So I take it that people see a cop car and think that they need to do way below the speed limit when they just need to be drving the speed limit in the first place. Then on top of already running late to pick up my aunt for the airport, I get stuck in traffic in Missouri. I mean really come on, this much traffic at eight in the morning. I thought that ruch hour was already over and come to find out it just began. So I finally got to the airport and I walked inside to baggage clains to meet her. I had to wait about five to ten minutes but finally there she was. We picked up her luggage and headed back home.

  1. I really hate when that happens. It's funny because cops can pull you over if you are doing to much under the speed limit as well. So there is no point, just drive the speed limit and no one cares. People get freaked out to easily.
